Altopiano d’Asiago

The “Altopiano di Asiago” is a wide plateau located in the “Prealpi Vicentine” (Pre-Alps) at about 1000 m above the sea level, and it is named after its most famous city, Asiago. The tourist attractions, the historical monuments, the natural scenic beauty, the events, the slopes, the trails, and much more are evenly distributed throughout the entire territory. Undoubtedly, Asiago represents the liveliest city, among the seven ones that are located in the plateau. Its two main squares and Corso IV Novembre are the beating heart of the country, with many shops, hotels, pizzerias and restaurants, bars and pastry shops, delis and other activities of interest.

Asiago in the summer offers you the possibility to make excursions on foot or by mountain-bike, to practicehorse riding, the tennis courts, the golf, the ice skating and roller-skating. In the winter season in Asiago you can practice a variety of sports, including cross-country and downhill, the snowboard, the telemark, the tobogganing, snowshoeing and ice skating.
