Breganze is a wine-making city, famous for the production of the homonymous great quality wine, Rosso and Bianco di Breganze DOC. It is also known for the production of Torcolato, which is special wine obtained by the crushing of raisins in January.

The magnificent square in the city center is dominated by a tall bell tower which overlooks the surrounding green hills, all with cultivated vineyards and cherry-trees.
